University of King's College is excited to share two new events that the University of King’s College will be hosting for students this fall. The first ever King’s Essay Writing Contest is open to grade 12 students. The topic is what makes a book a classic? We invite students to respond to this question using one text of their choice (a novel, play, graphic novel, poem, etc.) The winner will receive a gift card to the King’s Co-op Bookstore valued at the price of all the books students will need for their first year of university at King’s, and the winning essay will be published on the King’s website.
